My name is Annet Niehof and I provide PRI therapy and coaching within my practice in Bergen and Alkmaar NH.

Life events often trigger emotional waves that sometimes engulf people. This is not necessary. By providing insight and tools you get a grip on your (unconscious) reactions and feelings so that you can respond to the present for what it really is. You can’t change the past, but you can change how you deal with it NOW.

I work with clients with a variety of issues including anxiety/panic, depression, stress, burnout, addictions, relationship issues and parenting.

In addition to my practice, I work at the GGZ as a practice assistant for general practitioners.

I was originally trained as a lawyer (family law). I also completed the PRI® therapist training and I am currently following a yoga teacher training because I strongly believe in the combination of body & mind. I also lived and worked abroad for 10 years (Prague and Boston) where I followed lectures on trauma at Harvard University (Medicine School).

I am married and mother of 3 children. Being together and in connection with the other is very important to me personally, this forms the basis of my work. From there I invite you, come with everything there is.
