Complaints procedure PRI Netherlands

When providing good care and therapy, good handling of (signs of) dissatisfaction with the working method and treatment of our affiliated therapists is also appropriate. As of January 1, 2017, the Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz) came into effect, with which the government has legally established what good care entails. Following the Wkkgz, all PRI therapists are affiliated with a recognized professional association and disputes body.

In accordance with the Wkkgz, every therapist will be able to assign a free and independent complaints officer to the client in the event of dissatisfaction. This complaints officer advises the client when submitting a complaint. He also supports the client in formulating a complaint and in investigating solutions.
